EXARIN - Self Programming AI

This is part of the ExBin Project.

Exarin was suppose to be experimental implementation of artificial general intelligence (AGI) based on knowledge system with self-programming capability build on top of the ExBin technologies.

As the ExBin technologies are binary, language independent and focus on abstraction, it should be possible to utilize it to represent both knowledge representation and algorithms definition.
